Leadership Programme – Develop a Head Coach for your Club
You may have seen a story on the Cricket Scotland website and on social media about a Leadership Programme being offered to clubs through Inch Park Community Sports Club, with Cricket Scotland support.
IPCSC have secured funding to help support the development of 10 individuals to take part in a new development programme to give them the skills and qualifications they need to play a leadership and coaching role with their club. These leadership aspects of the qualification are designed to provide personal development that will benefit the individual in their professional lives as well as in their role as coaches.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals and clubs alike to take advantage of a fully funded programme that will help you drive your club forward.
While the training will take place in Edinburgh because that is where IPCSC is based, this opportunity is open to the wider cricket community and candidates can be from any club. The only prerequisite being an absolute commitment to attending and completing the programme.
