The fixtures for the 2019 season have now been posted on the site.  If there are any issues with them, please let us know.  If clubs agree a mutual change to date or venue, please can the Competitions Committee be advised as soon as possible and the fixture will be updated in the site.

Scotland 2019 Summer ODIs – 18th May

On Saturday 18th May, Scotland take on Sri Lanka in one of the 4 ODIs in Edinburgh this year, with all four being played at Grange Cricket Club.  More details are located here: Scotland 2019 Summer ODIs

For the sharp eyed, one of the games (vs Sri Lanka) falls on Saturday 18th May; week 4 of the ESCA season.  After consultation with Cricket Scotland, there is no intention to blank this weekend’s fixtures and a full fixture card has been scheduled.  We know that there are likely to be a number of players who may also be attending the game, which may strain playing numbers that weekend.  Under ESCA rules, if both clubs agree, then a fixture on 18th May can be moved to Sunday 19th May.  We remind clubs that no fixture shall be able to be rearranged for pre or post season.

We encourage clubs to work together on this, however if clubs cannot agree a change between them then the default position shall be that the game is played on Saturday 18th May at the default start time relevant to the league.

As before, if clubs agree a mutual change to date or venue, please can the Competitions Committee be advised as soon as possible.
