ESCA AGM 2022/23 – Tues 7th February ’23
The ESCA Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 7th February at Portgower Place (Grange CC Clubhouse EH4 1HQ) at 7.30pm. Presentation of league trophies will be held prior to the formal business of the AGM (on the assumption clubs remember to return them this year!)
The formal notice has gone to club secretaries, but is at the bottom of this post for ease. The AGM papers will be published in due course.
AGM motions – ESCA are proposing that competition rule changes will be collated, reviewed and voted on as necessary at an SGM / pre-season meeting in April. We have two proposals currently being reviewed by the committee. However, any AGM motions from Clubs, requiring to be voted on at the AGM, should be provided, in writing, together with Seconder (Club) no later than Monday 23rd January in order that these can go out as part of the formal papers. Motions should be sent to ESCA Secretary (escasecretary1@gmail.com).
